Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nApply structured, hypothesis-driven problem solving to translate business questions into analytical approaches and clear insights\nAnalyze complex, multi-source healthcare data to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities for improvement across cost, quality, and growth\nSynthesize findings into clear, decision-ready recommendations with a solid 'so what' and quantified business impact\nPartner with stakeholders in a matrixed COE environment to shape problem statements, align on priorities, and drive adoption of insights\nCommunicate insights through compelling storytelling tailored to executive and operational audiences\nIdentify and prioritize opportunities for optimization\nSupport end-to-end analytical delivery, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development (as applicable), and results interpretation\nCollaborate with data engineering and data platform teams to ensure data availability, quality, and usability for analytics use cases\nContribute to development of reusable analytical assets, frameworks, and best practices that scale impact across the COE\nEnsure analytical outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned to business context, with clear assumptions and limitations\nContinuously improve analytic approaches, streamline processes, and reduce low-value or redundant work\nSupport the development of data-driven decision making by educating stakeholders and promoting evidence-based practices\nWorks with less structured, more complex issues\nServes as a resource to others\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nDegree in analytics, statistics, economics, engineering, computer science, or related field\n6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, or data-driven problem solving\nExperience working with large, complex datasets including data extraction, transformation, and analysis (SQL, Python, or similar tools)\nExperience translating data into insights and recommendations for business or operational stakeholders\nExperience communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\nExperience working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment\nProven solid analytical thinking with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and identify key drivers\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in healthcare analytics (claims, financial, or operational data)\nExperience building dashboards or data products (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)\nExperience identifying and quantifying business impact (ROI, cost savings, revenue growth)\nExposure to cloud-based data and analytics platforms and infra services.
