This system is responsible for managing user identities across enterprise systems\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement scalable data pipelines\nDevelop IDM data integration solutions\nDevelop API solutions\nImplement data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and governance frameworks to ensure accuracy and consistency of identity-related data\nDesign and optimize data models, data lakes, and warehouse structures to support identity analytics, access reviews, compliance reporting, and audit requirements\nDesign and implement solutions using Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Spark, or equivalent cloud-native data platforms\nOptimize ETL/ELT processes, automate data workflows, and improve pipeline reliability, scalability, and monitoring\nEnsure data engineering solutions comply with security standards, privacy regulations, audit requirements, and enterprise IAM policies\nWork closely with IDM architects, security teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver enterprise identity data solutions\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree or equivalent experience\n6+ years of experience in Data Engineering\nSolid API, SQL, Python, Spark, and ETL/ELT development experience\nHands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or equivalent cloud platforms\nHands on experience in Generative AI technologies including OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Agents, RAG, Vector Databases, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning\nExperience with data governance, data quality, and metadata management frameworks\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProven excellent communication and teamwork skills\nProven great attention to detail\nProven organizational skills\nProven analytical mind\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
