Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nWork as a Full Stack Engineer on an Agile Scrum team\nWork with Product Management and business stakeholders for Backlog refinement and planning\nDesign and develop UI using modern front end frameworks\nDesign and implement web services with security\nDesign and implement database schema\nDesign and development of well documented source code\nMentors Junior level and mid-level engineers on coding style and coding best practices\nSolves complex technical problems independently\nAnalyzes and investigates\nProvides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Microsoft Azure, .NET, C#, Microservices, React, Angular, SQL/NoSQL databases, and Generative AI solutions\nProficiency and hands on experience using AI Builder, Azure OpenAI services, Python, and other AI/automation tools to enhance development workflows, analytics, and solution capabilities\nGo-getter attitude and exhibit flexible approach at all times\nIndependent communication with business partners to resolve issues and negotiate project related items such as priorities and completion deadlines\nProven ability to perform functional, regression, and system integration tests\nProven growth mindset, with willingness to adopt emerging AI technologies to improve engineering efficiency and product quality\nProven excellent written and verbal communication skills, co-ordination skills\nDemonstrated solid analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\nGood knowledge of SQL, snowflake cloud tech stacks, python, exposure in code management, AI usage to add efficiency\nHealthcare domain exposure\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
