Growing together.\nWe are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, Software Engineering to drive the delivery, development, and scaling of Agentic AI platforms and healthcare provider systems.\nThis role blends solid technical expertise in AI/LLMs and platform engineering with team leadership, and places a heavy emphasis on hands-on development, agent orchestration, and dependable delivery.\nThe candidate will lead a team of AI engineers while actively contributing to building AI-driven developer lifecycle tools (AI DLC) and enhancing Provider Fee Schedule platforms.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nTechnical DeliveryDevelop and deploy AI agents into production, including monitoring, performance tuning, and observability\nContribute to development of AI Developer Lifecycle (AI DLC) tools and frameworks\nOptimize existing SDLC processes using AI-driven automation and agents\n\nTeam LeadershipLead and mentor a team of 8-15 AI/Agentic engineers\nOversee deliverables, training and upskilling, and individual performance and growth\nFoster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning\n\nExecution ManagementDrive PI Planning, work breakdown structures, and resource planning and scheduling\nTrack timelines and manage delivery against forecasts\nPresent regular status reports to leadership\nEnsure alignment with team and program roadmaps\n\nStakeholder EngagementCollaborate with product, business stakeholders, and capability teams\nGather and refine requirements, manage backlog, and support prioritization\nResolve cross-functional challenges across engineering, infrastructure, and business teams\nContribute a solid technical perspective in product and delivery discussions\n\nContinuous Learning & InnovationStay current with trends in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems\nParticipate in and help organize AI hackathons\nEncourage innovation and recognize team contributions\n\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
