Growing together.\nIn this Full Stack Engineer role, You will be responsible for performing design, coding, unit testing and ensuring conformance to the team s development process and standards. This includes:\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nReview of requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness\nCreation/involvement in documented designs following agreed to design patterns and standards\nPerform Coding and unit testing independently and assist/mentor his team members whenever required\nAdherence to coding standards\nCommunicate effectively with other engineers/ QE and onshore team\nSupport the QE team during testing via defect fixes, code deployment, clarifications\nFully encourage and facilitate high quality code through of support QE team efforts including but not limited to mentoring, assistance, and writing/executing automation tests as needed\nWorking with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities\nAdhere to proper use of source control\nResponsible for ensuring delivery of technical artifacts for each project\nMentoring developers on technology and application knowledge as needed\nIdentify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
