Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications using GoLang and Java Springboot and modern front-end frameworks (e.g. HTML5, React)\nSupport and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and UX to deliver high-quality software solutions\nConduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers\nOptimize application performance, scalability, and security\nStay current with emerging technologies and propose adoption wherever beneficial\nUsage of AI Tools like Claude/Codex, Github Copilot, PR Code Review and other latest AI tool set\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
