Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nApplication Development & MaintenanceDesign, develop, and implement new features using full-stack technologies\nMaintain and enhance existing applications for reliability, scalability, and performance\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices\n\nCloud Deployment & InfrastructureManage and maintain deployment environments in Azure Public Cloud\nOptimize cloud resources for cost and performance efficiency\n\nCI/CD & Version ControlMaintain and manage GitHub repositories for code versioning and collaboration\nImplement and optimize GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and automated deployments\nEnsure robust testing and validation in the pipeline for high-quality releases\n\nAI/ML InitiativesDrive AI/ML projects at NSIS remote sites, including model development and integration\nBuild and deploy AI Agents to automate workflows and enhance user experience\n\nPython Projects & AutomationMaintain and improve Python-based projects and utilities\nAutomate common tasks and develop reusable tools to improve organizational efficiency\n\nCollaboration & InnovationWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and contribute to product roadmaps\nEvaluate new tools, technologies, and strategies to improve development processes\nInfluence technical direction and bring innovative ideas to solve complex problems\n\nQuality & StandardsEnsure quality is built into every deliverable through rigorous testing and adherence to standards\n\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization\nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field\nSolid experience in full-stack development (JavaScript/React, Node.js, or similar)\nHands-on experience with Azure Public Cloud services\nProficiency in Python, Java, Springboot for application development and automation\nExpertise in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code\nSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions\nFamiliarity with GitHub for version control and collaboration\nKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience in building AI-driven solutions\nSolid problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
