Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nContribute code, tests, automation, application design and architecture to an agile team of engineers working across the application stack and portfolio\nParticipate in a scrum team to refine user stories and develop acceptance criteria to achieve business outcomes\nSolve technical problems to discover solutions at any level of the stack (backend, frontend, database and infrastructure)\nPerform code reviews for team members\nDesign reusable components, frameworks, and libraries\nInfluence or provide input to forecasting and planning activities\nUsing AI tools to enhance productivity and deliver new business functionality\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
