The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field\n6+ years of experience working with Java/J2EE (Spring and Spring Boot) technologies in full stack development\nHands-on experience with agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)\nHands-on experience with React JS\nExperience in Restful Web services\nExperience in leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers\nExperience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\nExperience with AI application development with GenAI/Agentic AI\nProven experience in designing and implementing complex software systems\nTesting experience in JUnit/Spock/Groovy\nDeep understanding of software architecture patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven, layered architecture)\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)\nProficiency in designing APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems\nSolid programming skills in languages such as Java 21, Spring Boot, Python, or JavaScript\nSoft Skills\nSolid analytical and problem-solving abilities\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\nAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nLeadership qualities and a proactive approach to innovation and improvement\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
