Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement and maintain highly scalable microservices within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) on Microsoft Azure and AWS\nEstablish, refine and integrate CI/ CD, feature testing automation, performance testing as needed. Good understanding of Infrastructure as code\nIdentify production and non-production application issues\nIdentify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications, public cloud infrastructure cost, best cloud practices, scalability, and high availability\nProvide technical leadership, design and code review, serve as a mentor to junior developers \nComply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements\nRequired Qualifications:\nGraduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science /Engineering/Science/Mathematics or related field with 6+ years of solid software engineering experience\nProven ability to envision the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and be able to define technologies, patterns and frameworks to materialize it\nProven ability to design and develop the framework of the system and be able to explain choices made. Also write and review design documents explaining overall architecture, framework and high-level design of the application\nProven ability to create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it\nProven ability to define in-scope, out-of-scope and taken assumptions while creating effort estimates\nProven ability to identify and integrate well over all integration points in context of a project as well as other applications in the environment\nTechnical Skills:\nSolid Product development experience in .Net, C#, No-SQL databases like Cosmos DB\nSolid experience in Azure application development, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, troubleshooting and public cloud cost analysis\nExperience with developing applications using Azure Kubernetes service (AKS), Service Fabric, App Service, function, Cosmos DB, azure Storage, service bus queues, event hubs, application gateway etc\nProficient in AI tools like copilot, AI automation and productivity, knowledge in LLM, and agentic AI framework\nProficiency in Front-end application development using Angular or React\nGood knowledge in docker containers, orchestrator like Kubernetes (MUST)\nDesign and implement highly scalable Restful microservices\nAutomating all deployment steps with Infrastructure as Code (IAC), CI/ CD pipelines using Git Action, terraform, MLOps etc.\nDefine guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation\nDo required POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements\nQuick learner and highly motivated team player and a self-starter.
