Growing together.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nUnderstand low level requirements via PRD's (Product Requirement Document) and FSDs(Functional Specification on Document)\nDesign and implement software solutions\nWrite, code review, and maintain high-quality code\nParticipate in defects triaging and fixing\nTroubleshoot and debug complex issues\nStay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices\nComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with 6 to 10 years of experience in developing software projects primarily using Java as a programing language\nGood experience in Frameworks like Spring (Model-View-Controller/Inverse of Control/ Aspect-Oriented Programming) and ORM as Hibernate\nExperience in working on AI technologies like: LLM Models, Co-Pilot, GenAI/Prompt Engineering\nExpertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and practices and an inclination to do hands-on coding\nSQL knowledge preferably with Oracle as Database\nProven excellent problem solving and debugging skills\n\nDemonstrated ability to develop High & low-level design\nDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience in developing software products\nExperience in BRMS (Business Rule Management Systems) tools and technologies, especially with authoring rules in DMN (Decision Model and Notation)\nKnowledge of US healthcare domain\nExposure to AWS cloud and ReactJ\nAt UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
