Growing together.\nYou'll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign user flows, hi-fi mockups, and prototypes that simplify complex security data and drive compliance\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including lead designers, product managers and engineers, to deliver user-centric, insight-focused experience\nConduct usability testing to validate design decisions, incorporating user feedback to refine and improve experiences\nTranslate research insights and user behavior data into clear and intuitive design solutions\nCommunicate design rationale to stakeholders, aligning designs with user needs, business goals, and security opportunities\nCollaborate closely with developers to ensure design accuracy and seamless implementation\nContribute to and maintain design systems and documentation to ensure consistency across products\nHave a divergent exploratory process with the ability to communicate trade-offs to stakeholders\nContribute to design critiques and collaborative design challenges\nYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.\nRequired Qualification:\nBachelors degree or equivalent experience\n3+ years of experience in creating and shipping complex digital products \n2+ years Proficiency in the Figma ecosystem \n1+ years verbal and visual presentation skills, as well as an articulate point of view about design \n1+ years record of collaboration to support and influence the team's direction, vision, and planning of deliverables \n1+ years experience tying designs to business needs, goals, and metrics\nPreferred Qualification:\nPreferred experience in working with design systems \nPreferred experience in user research, usability testing, and journey mapping \n*All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy\nPay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment.
