What You’ll Do:
- Bring the Energy: Act as the face of the UHE brand inside busy, local BJ's Wholesale Clubs
- Drive Revenue: Engage face-to-face with BJ's members, start friendly conversations, and schedule free, in-home appointments for our home improvement services
- Own Your Station: Maintain a clean, professional, and eye-catching kiosk/display area within the club
- Grow with Us: Attend team training (remote and in-person) to sharpen your communication and sales skills
The Ideal Candidate:
- Driven: You love the thrill of hitting goals and unlocking uncapped bonus opportunities
- Upbeat & Positive: You have a vibrant, contagious energy and excellent face-to-face communication skills. You aren't afraid to say hello to shoppers!
- Reliable & Mobile: You must have a reliable personal vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel to assigned BJ's locations in your region of Massachusetts
- Comfortable on Your Feet: Ability to stand for the duration of your shift and lift up to 30 lbs for basic kiosk setup
