If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!\nWe are looking for a Document Controller, as we expand our Social Infrastructure design team, the role will be based in Swanley however travel to our head office in Warrington once a month will be expected.\nAs our Document Controller, you will:\nManage project documentation - organising, storing, and distributing documents efficiently.\n**Administer the Document Management System (DMS)**-setting up workflows, managing access, and ensuring data security.\nEnsure compliance -maintaining records to meet company, client, and regulatory standards.\nSupport the project team -assisting with document formatting, templates, and best practices.\nMonitor version control -ensuring everyone works from the latest, most accurate documents.\nEnhance processes -identifying ways to improve efficiency and implement best practices.\nRequirements\nEducation: GCSEs/A-Levels; additional qualifications in administration or document control are a plus.\nExperience: Previous experience in document control within construction, engineering, or similar industries.
