We offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, unlimited growth potential, and a collegiate work environment.\n We are looking for a Clinical Coordinator for the BSN Nursing Program to join our team.\nThe Clinical Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and evaluating clinical sites used for clinical experiences in all nursing courses and maintaining positive relationships with staff at all clinical sites. The Coordinator participates in clinical faculty performance evaluation and assists as needed with student clinical placement. The Coordinator assists in orienting clinical faculty to ensure that program and course outcomes are met and makes site visits during each clinical rotation to evaluate and provide support for clinical instructors. The Clinical Coordinator may provide clinical coverage and teach courses, as needed. The Coordinator assists the Career Services Department in placement of newly licensed graduates into nursing positions.\nMaintain all required documentation for faculty, staff, and students\n\nMonitor and mentor all clinical faculty\n\nMaintain strong relationships with clinical agencies\n\nPerform agency site visits and document outcomes\n\nFacilitate the resolution of clinical faculty, student, and site issues that may arise\n\nEnsure all clinical documentation is maintained on file and is accurate, current, and complete\n\nOrientation of new clinical faculty\n\nWork closely with didactic and lead faculty to ensure integration and application of theoretical content and achievement of clinical course objectives\n\nAttend clinical orientations at clinical agencies, as needed\n\nConducting on-campus orientations before students begin each clinical rotation\n\nParticipate in faculty meetings, new student orientation, and other campus-based meetings as requested\n\nMaintain 100% compliance with all accreditation guidelines in clinical aspects of the nursing program\n\nCollaborate with Academic Coordinator on clinical faculty performance evaluation\n\nCollaborate with Clinical Placement Manager on student clinical placements\n\nDemonstrate strong organizational and interpersonal skills\n\nOther duties as assigned to meet business needs\n\nMaintain compliance with all nursing state, Federal, and accreditation guidelines\n\nWork and communicate effectively with all campus departmental staff\n\nSupport all company initiatives by process and procedure as communicated\n\nTeaches assigned clinical or laboratory course work, as needed\n\nAdhere to all company policies and procedures\n\nMember of the clinical practice committee\n\nComply with all State, Department of Education, and accreditation regulations\n\nOther duties as assigned\n\n High school or equivalent certificate\n\nAbility to maintain records\n\nWilling to learn & maintain information on Microsoft Office 365 and Teams\n\nAbility to shift quickly from one task to another maintaining productivity Must be capable of communicating effectively verbally and in writing\n\nHas medical terminology knowledge or work experience in health care\n\n We Offer (for Full Time):\nMedical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment\n2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.
