Maintain strong partnerships and ensure current partners feel valued, supported, and confident working with Unitek.\nIdentify and pursue new clinical partnership opportunities within an assigned territory, expand existing partnerships to create additional clinical learning opportunities, and independently prioritize opportunities to consistently meet goals.\nPresent partnership opportunities, understand partner needs, address questions and concerns, negotiate agreements, and secure clinical placements.\nPresent partnership opportunities, address questions and concerns, and negotiate agreements with clinical and operational leaders. Healthcare or education experience is helpful but not required.\nDemonstrated ability to build excellent, trusted relationships and maintain long-term professional partnerships, with strong consultative sales, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills\nDependable transportation and a safe driving record are required.\nComfortable using Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases, CRM systems.\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n We Offer:\nMedical, Dental and Vision starting the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment\n2 Weeks’ starting Vacation per year.
