Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are encouraged to apply.\nAbout the role:\nReporting to the Residential Services Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight of care at Ny-Ku Byun, supporting quality, person-centred care based on the individual needs of our Elders.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nProvide clinical leadership, guidance and support to registered and non-registered care employees\nEnsure resident care is assessed, planned, implemented and evaluated in consultation with Elders and their families\nMonitor clinical practice and key clinical indicators, identifying risks and supporting continuous improvement\nWork alongside the Residential Services Manager to support quality, accreditation and best-practice care\nCoach, mentor and develop employees, including supporting the orientation and ongoing development of new team members\nPromote a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care that supports positive outcomes for Elders\nWe encourage our team to be creative and enjoy themselves while contributing to our success.
