Join our Digital Engineering team and play a key role in supporting and enhancing the Azure-based integrations that connect critical applications and data across UnitingCare.\nAs an Integration Developer, you'll provide hands-on development and support across our Microsoft Azure integration environment. You'll develop and maintain Azure Function Apps and Logic Apps, work with C#/.NET and APIs, troubleshoot integration and data-flow issues, and deliver enhancements to existing solutions. You'll work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure integrations are secure, reliable and fit for purpose\nPlease note, this is a full time position. This role supports hybrid working by agreement.\nYour part in our UnitingCare team:\nSupport, maintain and enhance existing API-based integrations across the Azure environment.\nDevelop and maintain Azure Function Apps using C#/.NET and Azure Logic Apps.\nDesign and develop Azure integration solutions using technologies such as Azure Service Bus and API Management.\nDevelop and maintain RESTful and SOAP APIs to support reliable integration between enterprise applications.\nDevelop data mapping, transformation, validation and error-handling logic across integrated systems.\nTroubleshoot integration failures, data-flow issues, connectivity problems and defects through detailed analysis and debugging.\nDeliver BAU changes and smaller integration enhancements while maintaining the reliability of existing solutions.\nConduct testing of integration solutions to ensure functionality, data accuracy and performance.\nApply appropriate security, logging and exception-management practices across integration solutions.\nCollaborate with business analysts, stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective integration solutions.\nMaintain technical documentation and contribute to the ongoing improvement of integration performance and practices.\nWhat makes a difference for us?\nDemonstrated hands-on experience developing integration solutions using Microsoft Azure.\nStrong practical experience with Azure Function Apps and Azure Logic Apps.\nProficiency in C#/.NET development and experience working with SQL/databases.\nExperience developing and supporting API-based, system-to-system integrations, including REST APIs.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve integration, data-flow and production issues.\nExperience working with data formats such as JSON, XML and CSV.\nUnderstanding of source control and DevOps principles, including GitHub repositories and/or Azure DevOps.\nKnowledge of API security, authentication and secure data transmission practices.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nExperience with Azure Service Bus and API Management will be highly regarded.\nAzure Developer, .NET or relevant technical certifications are desirable.\nHealthcare integration or HL7 experience is desirable but not essential.\nWhat makes a difference for you?\nThe opportunity to be part of the second-largest Queensland employer who has been leading by example for more than 100 years.
