Focussed on client outcomes, seasoned experts lead every engagement, in an operating model powered by AI and free from audit conflict.\nThe Role\nAs a Manager in the Deals team, you'll play a hands-on role delivering the analytics that sit behind every client recommendation - from due diligence through to post-deal value creation. You'll work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on live transactions and value capture projects, building the models, dashboards and analysis that drives high value decisions.\nDeals covers Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support and Reporting Insights. This role also supports our FDD team as we build out data and analytics work alongside more traditional diligence reporting. You'll get exposure to live transactions early and be trusted with real client-facing work sooner than you typically would at a larger firm.\nKey Responsibilities\nTurn raw client data into clean, structured datasets ready for analysis.\n\nBuild and maintain financial models, data extracts and dashboards for buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements.\n\nSupport exit readiness reviews by pulling together data on KPIs, business plans and the underlying data landscape.\n\nCarry out profitability analysis (customer, product, pricing) to help identify value creation opportunities.\n\nPrepare forecasting, scenario and sensitivity analysis under the guidance of Managers and Senior Managers.\n\nHelp build reporting and dashboard tools that give clients clear visibility of performance.\n\nApply AI and LLM tools to speed up and sharpen analysis.\n\nSupport day-to-day project delivery, working closely with colleagues across the Deals team.\n\nPrepare slides and materials that turn analysis into clear points for client meetings.\n\nQualifications\nIdeally, some hands-on experience in a deals, transaction services or analytics-focused role.\n\nEqually, we're keen to hear from academically strong candidates who've completed ACA (ICAEW or ICAS) with first-time passes, even without direct deals experience.\n\nComfortable working with large datasets and providing outputs in Excel financial models, or other analytics tool.\n\nGood grounding in data analysis, with a genuine interest in deals and transactions.\n\nStrong attention to detail and confidence checking your own work under time pressure.\n\nCurious about AI and LLM tools and keen to apply them to real client work.\n\nDesirable: exposure to SQL, Python, Power BI, Alteryx or similar analytics/visualisation tools.\n\nWork Environment\nWe offer hybrid, flexible working, and you'll be joining a small, flat-structured Deals team where your work is visible from day one.
