Including proper labeling on all shipments.\nCreate, maintain, run shipping records.\nOperate USPS, UPS, and all shipping systems. \nMaintain order and inventory accuracy, daily restocking picking inventory. Add, subtract, divide and multiplication utilized.\nProcess publication back-starts and missed copies.\nMaintain appropriate records and documents to support internal and external audits.\nUse equipment such as pallet jacks to move large quantities of work.\nKeep work area clean and organized to facilitate a safe and efficient. \nLearn and perform all other departmental tasks, as needed to cover for absent team members, during peak workload times, or as otherwise directed by the Supervisor.\nRegular and reliable attendance at the worksite and adhere to assigned schedule. - this position is not a remote or telecommute position.\nAdhere to all company and departmental policies and procedures per the guidebook including all safety requirements including all safety guidelines.\nUtilize electronic time management system to input time, attendance and paid off request\nNon-Essential Job Functions:\nAssist in daily processes in order to get out mail accurately and timely.\nCollate, staple and assist in copy center jobs as necessary.\nMaintain and run reports, as required.\nCross train in all distribution department functions to support and assist other members of the team, as needed. \nQualifications\nEducation:\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nExperience:\nMechanically inclined is helpful/preferred.\n6 months experience in a distribution or shipping environment preferred. \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with members of a team.\nSolid hand to eye coordination, maintaining repetitive motion and mindful of quality assurance.\nDetail-oriented demonstrating ability to meet strict deadlines and learn new processes. \nDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn and become certified under the organization’s lift truck training program.\nComputer Skills: Advanced PC skills, former experience generating hard copy data reports.\nWork Environment & Physical Requirements\n\nActivity\n\nFrequency\n\nInside Work\n\nC\n\nOutside Work\n\nN/A\n\nUse of Hands/Fingers\n\nC\n\nLifting/Carrying: 20 Max lbs.
