This role will entail overseeing the monthly/quarterly close process and ensuring accurate and timely deliverables are prepared. Are you available to work during these Non-Shift hours?\nWhat you'll be doing\nManage Ledger Close Process: Oversee the accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual general ledger close process, including the review of journal entries, reconciliations, and close deliverables.\n\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly reporting flux analysis and review deliverables supporting consolidated financial statements and footnotes. Research and analyze complex accounting issues, providing recommendations to management for proper accounting treatment and potential financial statement impact.\n\nProcess Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements, lead automation initiatives, and maintain standard operating procedures.\n\nAudit Support: Support both external and internal audit requirements related to areas of responsibility.\n\nLeadership Support and Customer Service: Lead special projects and provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis for leadership. Deliver best-in-class customer service to internal stakeholders.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nChartered Accountant, with strong background in US GAAP, SEC regulations, internal controls\n\nOutstanding oral and written communication skills\n\nProject management skills, ability to prioritize, and experience driving process improvements.
