Success in the first 90 days looks like full ownership of the content calendar and localization pipeline with no gaps in publishing cadence.\nWhat you'll be doing\nOwn day-to-day operation of Unity Korea's owned channels - website, social, and newsletter - including the content calendar and publishing.\nPlan, write, and edit content for the Korean market, and brief/review the social and web assets that go with it.\nOwn localization end to end - identify which global content is worth adapting, manage localization tickets, and review translation quality (including Korean-language review of Asset Store campaign material).\nSupport local execution of events, launches, and paid campaigns - landing pages, registration funnels, email, social assets, and agency coordination.\nTrack channel, content, and campaign performance and report on a regular cadence, feeding what you learn into the next round of planning.\nWhat we're looking for\nHands-on ownership of an organization's owned digital channels (web, social, newsletter) - content calendar, publishing, day-to-day operation.\nNative-level Korean writing and editorial judgment - writes original Korean copy for owned channels, and reviews localization output to give specific, actionable revision feedback (does not translate; Unity has an in-house localization team)\nWorking proficiency with a CMS and at least one marketing automation/analytics tool (e.g. GA4, Marketo, Looker).\nDemonstrated experience running a campaign end-to-end across multiple stakeholders, from brief to post-campaign reporting.\nBusiness-level English for collaboration with regional and global teams.\nLeverage AI and marketing tools to accelerate content localization and scale day-to-day operational efficiency.\nExperience staying ahead of digital trends and creating culturally relevant, engaging content for a tech or gaming audience.\nYou might also have (optional)\nExperience marketing to developers, game studios, or a technical audience.\nFamiliarity with Unity or the game development / real-time 3D industry.\nExperience running content localization between a global HQ and a local market.\nHands-on exposure to at least one of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or Naver/Kakao (support level is fine).\nBase Salary: ₩52,500,900 - ₩78,751,300 KRW gross\nThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
