This role will play an integral part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes while supporting accounting, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong general accounting and US GAAP knowledge, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced global environment.\nWhat you'll be doing\nPerform timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.\nPerform GL, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, investigate variances, and ensure the accuracy of financial information.\nSupport accounting and reporting activities across areas such asrevenue, leases, intercompany, corporate accounting, and other general accounting functions, depending on business needs.\nPrepare financial reporting and analysis and provide accurate accounting information to internal stakeholders.\nSupport internal and external audits, SOX controls, and related compliance activities.\nPartner with cross-functional and global teams on accounting matters, process improvements, automation initiatives, and special projects.\nWhat we're looking for\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field with relevant accounting experience.\nStrong understanding ofUS GAAP, general ledger accounting, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial close processes.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.\nAbility to investigate accounting issues, identify variances, and arrive at appropriate conclusions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.\nYou might also have\nExperience in areas such asRevenue Accounting/ASC 606, Lease Accounting/ASC 842, Intercompany, Corporate Accounting, or other specialized accounting functions.\nCA, CPA, or equivalent professional certification and/or Big 4 or public-company experience.\nExperience with Workday Financials, NetSuite, or other ERP/financial systems.\nExperience with SOX, financial statement audits, process automation, and large volumes of financial data.\nThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
