You will be expected to review existing contracts and close gaps in sourcing quickly.\nOperational Rigor: Build and maintain detailed load-in/load-out schedules, run-of-show documents, and onsite staffing plans.\nOnsite Leadership: Potentially onsite execution by managing crews, troubleshooting live issues, and overseeing logistics to ensure brand-standard delivery.\nWhat we’re looking for\n Immediate Domain Expertise: 7+ years of proven experience in high-impact B2B events (specifically large-scale global user conferences or roadshows).\nZero Ramp-Up Ability: Deep familiarity with the event lifecycle, allowing you to manage complex logistics from Day 1 without extensive training.\nAdvanced Vendor Management: A track record of sourcing and managing large-scale production and hospitality partners under tight deadlines.\nLogistical Mastery: Expert-level skill in developing ROS, floorplans, and technical production schedules.\nTool Proficiency: Immediate fluency in Google Workspace and Splash (or similar registration platforms). \n Contractor Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable jumping into a fast-moving environment mid-project.\nBase Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:\nZone A: $114,600 - $171,800 USD gross\nZone B: $129,400 - $194,200 USD gross\nZone C: $145,500 - $218,300 USD gross\nThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
