Primary responsibilities include conducting design reviews, technical documentation, questionnaire assessments, and Threat Modeling for critical systems. Responsibilities will also extend to ensuring infrastructure security standards are implemented and enforced throughout the organization, including securing infrastructure that supports AI/ML tooling as adoption accelerates across the org.\nThe ability to conduct risk analysis, file issues, and track risk findings is critical. You will have the opportunity to not only impact but shape the future of the Security team at Unity.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nPerform the security design reviews and conduct risk assessments for production instances\n\nUse threat modeling and AI capabilities to improve identification of cybersecurity long term threats, prioritize them, and perform effective risk mitigation, to support business.\n\nPerform the Projects / Products information security assessment and support infrastructure security Project efforts\n\nDevelop security standards, policies for systems used in Unity\n\nDeploy, maintain and drive the secure system configuration according to standards and best practices\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nThorough knowledge of Cloud computing environments such as GCP, AWS, Azure with knowledge for architectural reviews and experience with micro-services technologies such as Containers, Kubernetes, Hashicorp Vault\n\nExperience in automation using Bash, Python and/or DevOps Terraform/Ansible\n\nKnowledge of security features and controls AuthN, AuthZ, PKI, Session Management, Logging\n\nDeep Understanding of network security fundamentals; the TCP/IP stack, Linux/Mac/Windows operating systems, DNS, Firewall, VPN, Email\n\nExperience of NIST framework, PCI-DSS, SOC2 is preferred.\n\nAbility to evaluate and accelerate secure adoption of AI-powered engineering tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) without compromising existing security posture\n\nUnderstanding of securing AI/ML infrastructure (model endpoints, data pipelines, inference environments) and familiarity with emerging AI-specific risks (prompt injection, model/data poisoning)\n\nYou might also have (optional)\nComfortable with ambiguity and bringing clarity to any situation.\n\nAbility to adapt and pivot based on business requirements and risk profile changes\n\nStrong critical thinking and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical issues to a non-technical audience\n\nPassion for expanding your knowledge and a desire to grow beyond your current skill set\n\nBase Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:\nZone A: kr702,200 - kr1,053,400 DKK gross\nThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
