We take a Unity-first approach, measuring success not by what we own, but by the company-wide outcomes we help unlock.\nWe are seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale new business opportunities, and strike deals that will create new value for the Unity ecosystem. As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will drive Unity's business forward by nurturing existing partnerships and evaluating new partnerships and opportunities. You will be the bridge between strategy and execution: aligning our strategic objectives with Product and Engineering, ensuring seamless execution to drive Unity’s growth objectives. A core focus is scaling new initiatives or partnerships through rigorous due diligence, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.\nWhat you'll be doing \nPartner Management: Foster strong relationships with key partners, ensuring strategic alignment and identifying new growth opportunities.\nDeal Structuring & Negotiation: Structure commercial deal terms, work with cross-functional teams to define technical scope, and negotiate partner contracts.\nNew Opportunity Development: Identify, research, and validate new partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth.\nFinancial Modeling & Due Diligence: Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to build data-driven business cases for or against new ventures and partnership opportunities.\nWhat we're looking for \nExperience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles at software or platform companies.\nProven track record of identifying and capitalizing on new partnership and/or growth opportunities, or successfully incubating and scaling new businesses within a large organization.\nStrong data and commercial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, developing business models, evaluating pricing strategies, or designing KPI's.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional execution with clear ownership and accountability.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.\nBachelor’s degree required.\nYou might also have \nExperience in platforms, game tech, and/or AI preferred.\nFamiliarity with and technical fluency in the Games ecosystem, from game development to monetization.\nAdditional information\nReports to: Senior Director, Strategic Partnership\nLocation: NYC or SF, with periodic travel to key hubs and events\nTravel: Up to ~10%\nRelocation support is not available for this position\n Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position \nBase Salary Range: We determine the base salary range for this role based on your primary work location:\nZone A: $143,600 - $215,400 USD gross\nZone B: $156,600 - $234,800 USD gross\nZone C: $169,400 - $254,200 USD gross\nThis range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position. Beyond base salary, this role may be eligible for equity awards and participation in our company incentive plans (such as annual discretionary bonuses or sales commissions).
