Role & Responsibilities

• Deploy Microgrid and Energy Management System Solutions of Univers, including installation of hardware and software
• Support of the Implementation and configuration of Univers solutions
• Manage initialization services including configuration
• Monitor & Support Univers solutions.
• Collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams to ensure deployment readiness.
• Configure dashboards, metrics, alerting rules, and log pipelines for monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external security standards.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting
• Provide customer support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrotechnics, computer science, IT or related field.
• Have very good understanding of electricity generation and consumption including solar, batteries and EV charging
• Have good understanding of computer networks and communication protocols
• Experience deploying applications at scale.
• Familiarity with monitoring & logging systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills. (German, English)
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, agile teams in intercultural environment.
