The advanced digital solutions we provide sit at the core of this transformation and drive the realization of a decarbonized society.\nIn this position, you will work closely with customers and partners to organize their technical needs, communicate them accurately to our in-house product development teams, and at the same time use in-house tools and existing platforms to build and configure digital twins (data models of the system) on the cloud. You will drive projects end-to-end, from pre-sales through delivery, in coordination with the relevant teams.\nThis role is not one in which you handle all technical areas on your own. You will coordinate customer requirements and drive system implementation while working with internal Product, Engineering, QA, and project teams, as well as external partners.\nThis is a rewarding position for those who are neither \"just in sales\" nor \"purely engineers,\" but who want to be involved in the growth of the product itself, who are willing to dive into technical documents and specifications on their own, and who want to deliver tangible results in a socially meaningful field.\nRESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU WILL DO\nSolution Design & Pre-sales\nServe as the key technical interface connecting customers and partners with the in-house product development team.\nUnderstand customer requests and technical specifications, organize and document them, and provide input to product managers and engineers.\nIdentify use cases and issues through interviews and market research, and reflect them in proposals and improvements.\nDeeply understand the features and value of our software products, and communicate them effectively through materials and demos.\nDigital Twin Construction & System Implementation\nBased on completion documents, design drawings, and signal lists received from customers for power plants and similar facilities, use in-house tools to build and configure cloud-based data models and digital twins.\nIngest data sent from on-site sensors, EMS, and meters into the cloud, and configure visualization, monitoring, and control interfaces.\nSet up API integrations with aggregator systems to send control commands to local EMS via the cloud.\nDesign reviews, test planning, on-site technical support, and preparation of customer-facing materials.\nProject Execution & Internal/External Coordination\nManage multiple projects in parallel; lead requirements clarification, follow-up, and schedule management.\nCoordinate domestic and overseas resources (development partners and vendors).\nBuild and strengthen collaboration with domestic partner companies to enable seamless implementation and operation.\nWork closely with internal stakeholders including Product, Engineering, Legal, and Business Operations.\nReview contracts and commercial documents (primarily in Japanese; some English documents included) in collaboration with the Legal team.\nWork with overseas Product and Business divisions to support project estimates and scheme design.\nPrepare documents for and manage the progress of internal approval (ringi) processes.\nREQUIREMENTS / WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR\nExperience in one of the following technical areas (you do not need to meet all of them):Design, configuration, testing, or implementation experience with control and monitoring systems such as SCADA, PLC, RTU, or EMS.\nExperience implementing or providing technical support for IT, IoT, or SaaS systems.\nSystem integration experience using TCP/IP, APIs, data integration, etc.\n\nThe following are commonly emphasized (basic IT knowledge is required):Basic IT and networking knowledge (fundamental understanding of TCP/IP, communication protocols, APIs/data integration, business systems, etc.) required\nAbility to accurately define, document, and communicate technical and business requirements.\nTimely, structured, and clear communication skills, both internally and externally.\nWillingness and adaptability to learn new fields, particularly energy and IT.\nEnglish: reading and writing proficiency sufficient to handle technical documents and emails (conversational English can be acquired after joining).\nAwareness of handling critical infrastructure such as power plants, batteries, and EMS;
