£55,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience) + Bonus + Individual Incentives\nReady to make your mark?\nWe're working on behalf of an ambitious and growing £22m turnover business operating within the UK construction products and building materials industry.\nBased in Leeds, the business is a specialist manufacturer and supplier of innovative fibre cement and XPS insulation boarding systems, supplying builders' merchants, distributors, contractors and construction professionals nationwide.\nWith an established UK-wide customer base, over 30 years of trading history and ambitious growth plans, this is an exciting time to join the business.\nThe operation is busy, fast-paced and continually evolving, making this a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Manager to make a genuine impact.\nThe Role\nReporting to the Head of Operations, you'll take full responsibility for warehouse performance, leading the team and ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and effectively.\nYour key priorities will include:\nLeading, developing and getting the very best out of team leaders, supervisors and warehouse operatives.\nDriving productivity, performance, stock accuracy and OTIF delivery.\nImplementing Lean principles, 6S and continuous improvement initiatives.\nIdentifying inefficiencies, reducing waste and improving warehouse processes.\nLeading operational change and embedding new ways of working.\nCreating a culture of accountability, ownership and high standards.\nMaintaining excellent health and safety, quality and operational compliance.\nWorking closely with the wider management team to support business growth.\nRequirements\nYou'll be an experienced Warehouse Manager with a proven track record of leading teams within a busy manufacturing, production or distribution environment.\nWe're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate:\nStrong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams.\nExperience implementing Lean, Six Sigma, 6S or other continuous improvement methodologies.\nA track record of driving operational efficiencies and implementing change.\nStrong knowledge of warehouse processes, stock control and distribution.\nThe ability to use KPIs and data to improve performance.\nA hands-on, proactive approach with the confidence to challenge existing processes and raise standards.\nMost importantly, you'll be a natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings people with them and has the drive to make things better.\nBenefits\n£45,000 -
