The role will focus on hardware assembly, soldering and desoldering, PCB-related activities, calibration, inventory management, component procurement, and vendor coordination.\nThe ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of electrical/electronic hardware and be comfortable collaborating with multiple engineering teams to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory operations.\nResponsibilities :\nManage and maintain day-to-day Hardware/Electrical Lab operations.\nPerform soldering and desoldering of electronic components and PCB assemblies.\nSupport PCB board assembly, modification, repair, and basic troubleshooting activities.\nWork with and understand SMT components and specifications.\nMaintain and track lab inventory, including electronic components, hardware, tools, and other lab materials.\nCoordinate and support calibration activities for applicable lab equipment and instruments.\nProvide hardware-related support to multiple engineering teams and collaborate effectively on their lab requirements.\nCoordinate the procurement of electronic components, hardware, tools, and lab-related materials.\nWork closely with vendors and suppliers regarding component availability, procurement requirements, and hardware-related needs.\nSupport the organization and maintenance of lab equipment, components, and workspaces.\nHelp ensure hardware and lab resources are readily available to support engineering activities.\nQualifications/ Skills :\nDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a related technical discipline.\nHands-on experience working in a Hardware/Electrical/Electronics Lab environment.\nGood practical knowledge of soldering and desoldering techniques.\nKnowledge of SMT components, specifications, and PCB assembly processes.\nExperience with PCB board assembly and hardware handling.\nExperience in inventory management and tracking of electronic components/hardware.\nFamiliarity with calibration activities and handling laboratory equipment.\nExperience with electronic component or hardware procurement.\nGood vendor coordination and communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering and cross-functional teams.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple lab-related activities and priorities.\nGood communication, coordination, and problem-solving
