coordination.\n\nRequirements:\n1–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an IT/software company.\nStrong experience in recruitment and HR operations.\nGood communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\nKnowledge of HRMS, MS Excel/Google Sheets, payroll, and HR processes.\nAbility to independently manage day-to-day HR
