This role requires deep expertise in networking, and the ability to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-performance, scalable, and secure networking solutions to support business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAssist in designing the architecture, implementation, and governance of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, DMVPN, VPNs, and wireless technologies.\nOversee network performance analysis, capacity planning, and high-availability strategies to ensure minimal downtime and optimal functionality.\nManage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee the procurement of networking hardware and software solutions.\nDrive cloud networking strategies, integrating on-premise and multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).\nDevelop and enforce compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for network operations.\nLead incident response efforts, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity strategies related to networking.\nMentor and provide technical leadership to junior network analysts and cross-functional IT teams.\nStay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business operations.\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n8+ years of experience in network architecture, administration, or engineering roles.\nExpert knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, BGP, EIGRP, VXLAN, MPLS, and advanced network protocols.\nExtensive experience with enterprise-grade networking solutions (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet).\nStrong background in network security, including firewalls, Zero Trust frameworks, and SIEM solutions.\nHands-on experience with SDN, automation tools, and cloud networking platforms.\nProfessional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, CISSP, or equivalent highly preferred.\nProven ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and drive technical initiatives.\nExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary.
