We are seeking a Quality Coordinator to support our quality initiatives, ensure compliance with customer requirements, and help drive continuous improvement throughout the operation.\nThis role is ideal for someone with manufacturing quality experience who enjoys working closely with production, engineering, and customers to maintain high standards and improve overall performance.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport the day-to-day administration of the Quality Management System (QMS)\nAssist with compliance activities related to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001:2015\nInvestigate quality concerns and support root cause and corrective action activities\nCoordinate and maintain quality documentation, records, and work instructions\nPerform internal audits and support customer and third-party audits\nAssist with PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and quality reporting\nMonitor quality metrics and provide data to support decision-making\nWork with production teams to identify and implement process improvements\nSupport supplier quality activities and monitor non-conforming material\nHelp maintain inspection equipment calibration records and quality databases\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles\nAssist with employee training on quality standards, procedures, and customer requirements\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in a manufacturing or quality-related role\nWorking knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or ISO 9001:2015\nFamiliarity with quality tools such as PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and root cause analysis\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nExperience conducting audits or supporting audit activities preferred\nProficient with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel\nQualifications\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree preferred;
