Arizona operation supports Boeing Aerospace and provides warehouse services including pick and pack, sequencing, inventory management, and material flow support within a fast-paced aerospace environment.\nEssential Responsibilities\nLead daily quality operations within the facility and ensure compliance with Boeing customer requirements and internal quality standards.\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.\nConduct routine audits of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, sequencing activities, and material handling operations.\nInvestigate quality incidents, customer concerns, non-conforming material, and inventory discrepancies.\nLead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action initiatives to prevent recurring issues.\nMonitor key quality performance indicators and prepare reports for site leadership and customers.\nPartner with operations leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.\nCoordinate quality training and ensure employees understand customer expectations and quality requirements.\nSupport customer audits, internal audits, and leadership experience in warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, aerospace, or related industries.\nExperience conducting audits, investigations, and root cause analysis.\nKnowledge of quality systems, continuous improvement methodologies, and process management.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience working directly with customer quality requirements and expectations.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and warehouse management systems.\nAbility to communicate effectively with hourly employees, management, and customer representatives.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
