This role is responsible for the overall performance, financial results, customer relationships, safety, and employee development across several facilities, including:\nUD Flint\nFlint LOC\nFlint Engine\nFlint Marshaling\nThe General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure all locations consistently achieve customer expectations while maintaining a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You'll Do\nProvide leadership and oversight for multiple warehouse and logistics operations supporting General Motors\nDevelop and mentor site leadership teams, including Operations Managers, Supervisors, and support staff\nDrive safety, quality, productivity, and financial performance across all facilities\nMaintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues\nManage budgets, labor planning, staffing strategies, and operational expenses\nAnalyze KPIs and operational metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and regulatory standards\nLead employee engagement, retention, succession planning, and leadership development efforts\nPartner with corporate leadership to support growth initiatives and long-term business objectives\nCoordinate resources and best practices across multiple automotive operations\nMulti-site leadership experience preferred\nStrong customer-facing leadership skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships\nExperience managing budgets, labor costs, and overall business performance\nDemonstrated success leading large teams in a fast-paced operational environment\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities\nProven ability to coach, develop, and retain leaders and employees\nExperience with warehouse management systems, inventory control, and operational reporting\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software systems\nBachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent leadership experience will be
