We manage and operate a high-volume warehouse environment responsible for sequencing, pick and pack, inventory management, material flow, and production support activities.\nOperating Schedule: Monday-Friday\nResponsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:\nLead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and hourly employees within a fast-paced warehouse operation.\nManage daily operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations are met.\nMonitor labor, productivity, inventory, and key performance metrics to drive operational success.\nCoach, mentor, and hold employees accountable while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.\nManage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, employee development, and disciplinary actions.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards.\nPartner with customers and senior leadership to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.\nAnalyze operational data and prepare reports related to labor, productivity, quality, and inventory performance.\nMaintain a strong floor presence and provide hands-on leadership to support day-to-day operations.\nThe Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following:\nBachelor's degree preferred;
