The facility is responsible for inbound and outbound material flow, inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ensuring critical production materials are delivered accurately and on time. We are seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead quality initiatives, drive continuous improvement efforts, and ensure compliance with customer and company standards throughout the operation.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily quality activities across cross-dock, warehouse, and material handling operations.\nEnsure compliance with General Motors quality requirements, operating procedures, and work instructions.\nLead quality inspections, audits, and corrective action processes.\nInvestigate quality concerns, shipping discrepancies, inventory variances, and customer complaints.\nAnalyze quality metrics and identify trends, root causes, and process improvement opportunities.\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.\nPartner with Operations, Safety, and Customer teams to resolve quality-related issues.\nMonitor KPIs related to inventory accuracy, quality performance, customer satisfaction, and process compliance.\nConduct employee training on quality standards, procedures, and customer expectations.\nMaintain quality documentation, reports, audits, and corrective action records.\nSupport new customer launches, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nLead internal audits and support customer-facing audits as required.\nProvide coaching, performance management, and development for quality team members.\nPromote a culture focused on accountability, quality, safety, and customer service.\nQualifications\n2+ years of leadership experience in quality, warehousing, logistics, automotive, or manufacturing environments.\nPrevious experience conducting audits, inspections, and root cause investigations.\nExperience supporting shipping, receiving, inventory control, cross-dock, or warehouse operations preferred.\nStrong understanding of corrective actions, process improvement, and quality systems.\nExperience supporting General Motors or other automotive customers is a plus.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, reporting tools, and warehouse management systems.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.\nBachelor's degree preferred but not
