We are seeking a hands-on Quality Supervisor to lead quality processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with customer and company quality standards.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise daily quality activities across warehouse and production support operations\nEnsure compliance with customer quality requirements, operating procedures, and work instructions\nLead quality inspections, audits, and corrective action processes\nInvestigate quality concerns, customer complaints, inventory discrepancies, and non-conformance issues\nAnalyze quality data and identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities\nDevelop and implement corrective and preventive action plans\nPartner with Operations, Materials, Maintenance, and Customer teams to resolve quality-related issues\nMonitor KPIs related to quality performance, customer satisfaction, accuracy, and process compliance\nConduct employee training on quality standards, procedures, and customer expectations\nEnsure all quality documentation, reports, and records are maintained accurately\nSupport new program launches, process changes, and continuous improvement initiatives\nLead internal audits and assist with customer audits as required\nProvide coaching, performance management, and development for quality team members\nPromote a culture focused on accountability, quality, safety, and customer service\nQualifications\n2+ years of leadership experience in quality, warehousing, manufacturing, automotive, or logistics operations\nPrevious experience conducting audits, inspections, and root cause investigations\nStrong understanding of quality systems, corrective actions, and process improvement methodologies\nExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing or automotive operations preferred\nKnowledge of customer quality requirements and continuous improvement practices\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational
