comply\nwith PDPA, ISO 9001, customer, safety, and confidentiality requirements.\nQualifications\n· \nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering,\nComputer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.\n· \nAt least 3 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, system\nadministration, network support, business applications, or end-user support;\nexperience in an SME, engineering, service, or industrial environment is\npreferred.\n· \nPractical knowledge of Windows clients and servers, identity and access\nmanagement, TCP/IP, VLAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, NAS/storage, backup, endpoint\nsecurity, and hardware troubleshooting.\n· \nExperience administering Microsoft 365 or comparable cloud services and\nsupporting accounting, ERP, payroll, CRM, inventory, or workflow applications;\nable to evaluate vendors, control changes, document configurations, and explain\ntechnical matters clearly.\n· \nDatabase, SQL, PowerShell, Python, API integration, reporting/dashboard,\nautomation, cloud administration, or IT/OT network experience is an advantage.\n· \nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity, backup and recovery, software\nlicensing, data protection, access control, and IT service-management\npractices;
