We may be the right place for you, so get in touch!\nWhat You’ll Accomplish\nProduce high quality, full-custom, mixed-signal integrated circuit layouts\nContribute to the development of innovative IC designs\nWork across all levels of the design from base cells to chip top-level\nCollaborate closely with designers to understand specific circuit requirements\nDeliver DRC/LVS clean layout within project schedules\nImplement designs on a variety of fabrication processes\nRequirements\nThe 3 Most Critical Attributes We’ll Use to Compare Candidates\n1. IC layout experience across all levels of the design hierarchy\n2. Flexibility to adapt and learn new tools and processes\n3. Ability to take ownership of large-scale layout blocks\nMust-have Skills\nMinimum of 5 years experience of IC Layout\nProficient with CAD layout tools\nDeep understanding of technologies\nCompetent with device matching techniques and routing of sensitive signals\nExperience of floor-planning and chip assembly\nAbility to independently interpret DRC and LVS results\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nAbility to work as part of a team and collaborate with people in different functions\nGood written and verbal communication skills\nBachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience\nNice-to-have Skills\nFamiliarisation with auto-routing/physical implementation tools\nExperience with layout of high-voltage devices\nAbility to use scripting languages (Python, Perl, SKILL)\nPlease feel encouraged to apply even if you don't match all the requirements of our job description.
