You will bring teams together, connecting people, process and presentation to create stores that excite and engage our customers. \nAs a natural leader and organiser, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution. \n\nKey Responsibilities \nDrive sales performance and deliver regional targets through strong leadership and strategy \nLead, coach and develop Store Managers and teams to build capability and future leaders \nCreate a consistent and exceptional customer experience across all stores \nRecruit, train and retain high-performing talent in line with company values \nManage budgets and productivity to optimise profitability \nAnalyse performance, trends and opportunities to support business growth \nMaintain strong communication across all levels, providing clear direction and feedback \nOversee scheduling aligned to trade periods, promotions and operational needs \nEmbed a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture \n\nSkills and Experience \nMinimum 1+ years' experience in an Area Manager or multi-site leadership role \nProven ability to drive sales and lead high-performing teams \nStrong understanding of
