This is a great opportunity to build foundational technical skills in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.\nResponsibilities and Associated Duties :\n(All responsibilities performed under direct supervision and guidance)\nSupport the development and organization of an enhanced IT Asset Management (ITAM) system, including inventory tracking, data accuracy, and process documentation. \nAssist in building and launching an Amazon storefront for select warehouse products, including product setup, categorization, and content entry.\nProvide front-line support for Level 1 IT service tickets, troubleshooting common hardware, software, and user access issues. \nAssist with setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices (primarily Windows-based systems). \nDocument IT procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base resources. \nCollaborate with IT team members on small projects aimed at improving operational efficiency. \nPerform general technical and administrative support tasks as assigned. \nMeasures of Success:\nTimely delivery of business solutions that exceed or meet the needs of customers.\nStability of company technology platforms.\nWell organized and maintainable codebase and documentation.\nContinues to acquire new skills through certification paths, experience, and self-paced learning.\nKnowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:\nCurrently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field \nActively attending a college or university in the Tampa Bay area (e.g., USF, University of Tampa, Florida Polytechnic University) \nBasic understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting concepts \nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills \nEffective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users \nEagerness to learn and grow in a structured, team-oriented environment \nPreferred:\nFamiliarity with Windows operating systems \nBasic understanding of networking concepts \nInterest in IT operations, systems support, or business technology solutions \nCuriosity about e-commerce platforms (Amazon or similar) \nDisclaimer:\nThis position description highlights a general description of duties and responsibilities.
