Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a Retail Sales & Customer Service Representative to meet face-to-face with customers at our partner retail locations. We work with several well-known big-box retailers throughout the local area, helping customers understand the energy options available for their homes.

Previous energy experience isn’t required. We’re looking for friendly, motivated people who communicate well and enjoy helping others.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with customers in a retail environment to:

• Engage with customers and answer questions about their home energy options
• Review available electricity, natural gas, and other energy programs
• Explain plan options in a clear, helpful way
• Help customers select solutions that fit their needs
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience
• Stay knowledgeable about current programs and promotions

Compensation

Hourly Pay + Commission

• Guaranteed hourly pay
• Commission opportunities based on performance
• Typical on-target earnings (OTE): $55,000-$65,000 annually
• Additional earning potential for strong performers

Requirements
