At Michener, we make healthcare happen.\n Position Summary\nThe Michener Institute is seeking an experienced clinician educator with expertise in pediatric cardiac surgery and simulation-based education to support the development of a new pediatric simulation curriculum. The CVP program is the largest and first master’s level program in Canada, training cardiovascular perfusionists to work in health care settings across Ontario. The primary responsibility of the successful candidate will be to develop pediatric simulations within the CVP Program. This position provides the successful candidate with an exciting opportunity to develop a high quality educational experience to future perfusionists.\nThis role is a contract position. The successful candidate will be expected to play a leadership role in all aspects of simulation design and development of interprofessional pediatric cardiac surgery simulation scenarios, student assessments, and evaluations.
