Natural collaboration with the Tyee Club Team is imperative to success while building relationships with donors and teamwork with development professionals.\nEvents (5%):\nThe Account Manager will take the lead role in supporting UW Athletics season ticket holder special events and projects. Initiate and facilitate project work, serve as spokesperson back to the Associate AD for Ticketing, and lead the organizational steps needed to set up staff events.\nRequired Qualifications\nTo be considered for this opportunity your application must demonstrate you meet both the minimum qualifications and additional qualifications listed below. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.\nMinimum Qualifications\nApplicants who do not meet these qualifications WILL NOT be forwarded to the Hiring Manager\nHigh school graduation or equivalent AND two years of clerical experience.\nAdditional Qualifications\nExperience in sales or service in a similar or related industry.\nProven problem-solver.\nWorking knowledge and hands-on experience with CRM solutions like MS Dynamics, Salesforce, or Paciolan.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).\nStrong sense of time management with an ability to work independently, as well as, collaboratively as part of a team.\nAbility to handle a heavy workload but be able to adapt quickly to an always changing industry.\nExtremely strong communication skills and a customer-focused outlook are essential to success in this position.\nWorking Conditions\nMust be available to work non-traditional hours during evenings and weekends as needed for games and special events.\nAbout the Team\nWashington Athletics aims to inspire champions in competition and in the classroom.
