This Tier 2 role handles routine and moderately complex infrastructure issues, ensuring that customer-facing managed server servicesremainstable, responsive, and reliable. By managing daily service demand, this position enables senior engineers to focus on Azure migration and modernization initiatives - directly supporting the organization's cloud-first strategy and Azure Migration Program (AMP).\nThe salary information provided below is for a full-time position.\nKey Responsibilities\n80% Cloud & Server Operations (Tier 2)\n\n10% Automation & Continuous Improvement\n\n5% Service Team Member\n\n5% other duties as assigned\n\nRequired Qualifications\nTo be considered for thisopportunityyour application mustdemonstrateyou meet both the minimum qualifications andadditionalqualifications listed below. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration.\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree incomputer science, Technology or a related field or experience\n\nThree years of experience as an engineer supporting enterprise Windows server environments.\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including VM management, networking, storage, identitybasics.\n\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve standard infrastructure issues independently.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, technical documentationskills;ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical customers.\n\nFamiliarity with automation tools and infrastructure as code (PowerShell, Terraform.
