The position serves as a key liaison to clinical partners, cultivates statewide engagement, identifies emerging workforce and clinical needs, supports the involvement of subject matter experts and healthcare professionals, and helps translate partner priorities into actionable programs and opportunities across the RHT ecosystem.\nDuties/Responsibilities\n1. Strategic Leadership and Program Development (20%)\nProvide leadership as part of the Clinical Partnership Core leadership team for the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Clinical Partnership Core.\nWork with the clinical core leadership team to develop annual work plans, timelines, objectives, milestones, and performance measures.\nIn collaboration with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, lead the management of higher education/employer capacity data integrity, and governance in partnership with the rural health data analyst.\nLead the implementation of articulation agreements, placement agreements, preceptor infrastructure support, and academic practice agreements.\nCollaborate with Clinical Partnership Core leadership, workforce entities, and partner organizations to align activities with statewide healthcare workforce priorities.\nIn partnership with the Clinical Partnership Core leadership team, develop short- and long-term sustainability plans, including institutionalization and diversification of funding strategies.\nSupport the development and implementation of innovation in clinical education, workforce partnerships, and rural healthcare workforce development.\nAs part of the Clinical Partnership Core, provide strategic recommendations to project leadership regarding emerging workforce challenges and opportunities.\n2. Partnership Development and Stakeholder Engagement (20%)\nSupport and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, educational institutions, professional associations, workforce organizations, and community stakeholders.\nCoordinate and support regional clinical partnerships throughout New Hampshire.\nConvene stakeholder meetings, listening sessions, partner forums, and working groups to advance Clinical Partnership Core objectives.\nIn collaboration with the Clinical Partnership Core, manage and expand employer partnership networks to increase clinical training, apprenticeship, experiential learning, and employment opportunities.\nRepresent the Clinical Partnership Core at local, regional, and state meetings.\n3. Clinical Education Support and Workforce Development (20%)\nSupport development and implementation strategies to recruit, train, retain, and support clinical preceptors.\nCoordinate establishment and expansion of clinical placement sites, particularly within rural and underserved communities.\nIn partnership with the Clinical Partnership Core leadership team, collaborate with employers and educational partners to reduce barriers to student placements and experiential learning opportunities.\nSupport creation and implementation of education-to-career pathway models spanning secondary education, community colleges, universities, and graduate programs.\nSupport development of career ladder and career advancement opportunities for incumbent healthcare workers.\n4. Workforce Analysis, Planning, and Evaluation (25%)\nIn collaboration with the Director of Strategic Initiatives, ensure data integrity (rural capacity assessment, incoming data from ELMI/ Employment Security, NH Rural Health Workforce Gap Analysis).\nIn partnership with the Clinical Partnership Core team data analyst and Director of Strategic Initiatives, ensure workforce capacity matrices, pathway maps, gap analyses, and strategic planning tools are continuously updated.\nIn partnership with the Clinical Partnership Core leadership team, identify priority occupations and workforce needs in rural counties, guided by rural health capacity assessments, ELMI/Employment Security Data, NH Rural Health Workforce Gap Analysis, and other related data sources.\nCollaborate with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and the project evaluation team to develop performance metrics and monitor outcomes.\nUtilize data and evaluation findings to inform decision-making, resource allocation, and program improvements aligned with program deliverables and timelines.\nPrepare reports, recommendations, and presentations to summarize workforce trends and partnership outcomes.\n5. Program Operations, Grant Management, and Reporting (15%)\nCoordinate day-to-day project activities and implementation efforts across Clinical Partnership Core initiatives.\nMonitor project deliverables, timelines, and contractual requirements.\nCollaborate with Regional Health Liaisons, evaluation staff, and USNH project leadership to ensure effective communication and coordination.\nTrack partnership activities, stakeholder engagement efforts, and program outcomes according to the Logic Model.\nRequirements\nMinimum Acceptable Education & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, health professions education, nursing, workforce development, health policy, business administration, or a related field. \nFive (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare workforce development, clinical education, healthcare operations, partnership development, program management, or a related field.\nExperience collaborating with healthcare providers, health systems, educational institutions, workforce organizations, and community stakeholders.\nExperience leading or coordinating multi-partner initiatives, projects, or grant-funded programs. \nExperience utilizing workforce, labor market, or program evaluation data to support planning and decision-making. \nRequired Licenses & Certifications:\nValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout New Hampshire for meetings, site visits, and stakeholder engagement activities. \nNo specific professional licensure required. \nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities:\nKnowledge of healthcare workforce development, clinical education, workforce pipelines, and healthcare delivery systems.\nKnowledge of rural health challenges, workforce shortages, and healthcare workforce recruitment and retention strategies. \nKnowledge of workforce planning methodologies, labor market information, data analysis, and program evaluation practices. \nAbility to build and maintain collaborative partnerships across healthcare, education, government, and community sectors. \nStrong project management skills, including implementation planning, monitoring deliverables, and managing timelines. \nAbility to facilitate stakeholder meetings, working groups, and collaborative decision-making processes. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate workforce data into actionable recommendations.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, presentation development, and public speaking. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a complex, multi-organizational environment. \nOther Requirements:\nAbility to travel statewide and occasionally attend evening meetings or events as required.\nCommitment to advancing rural healthcare workforce development and improving access to care in underserved communities. \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a grant-funded environment. \nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound professional judgment. \nDemonstrated commitment to fostering collaborative and inclusive partnerships.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster's degree in public health, healthcare administration, health professions education, workforce development, business administration, nursing, or a related field. \nExperience working with rural health initiatives, healthcare workforce programs, or clinical education partnerships. \nExperience with grant-funded programs, federal or state workforce initiatives, and performance reporting. \nExperience developing articulation agreements, clinical affiliation agreements, preceptor programs, or academic-practice partnerships. \nExperience working with workforce and labor market data sources, including healthcare workforce gap analyses and employment projections.\nExperience supervising staff, interns, graduate assistants, or coordinating cross-organizational project teams. \nFamiliarity with New Hampshire healthcare, workforce development, educational systems, and rural communities.\nApplicant Instructions: \nApplicants should be prepared to upload the following documents when applying online within the My Experience: Resume/CV section of the application: (Maximum of 5 Documents)\nResume/CV\nCover Letter\nApplications that are missing any of the required items may not move forward for consideration.
