The EMT Skills Lab Teaching Assistant supports EMS education by assisting instructors with the setup, demonstration, and facilitation of psychomotor skills labs and patient scenario sessions. This role involves hands-on mentoring of students during skills practice, assistance with practical evaluations, and general equipment maintenance to ensure a safe and effective learning environment.\nResponsibilities:\nSet up and clean up of equipment for skills labs.\nAssisting with teaching demonstrations of psychomotor skills. \nMonitoring and mentoring skills practices sessions. \nAssisting with skills practical's. \nLeading patient scenario groups. \nAssisting with equipment maintenance.\nOther EMS teaching tasks as needed. \nMinimum Qualifications:\nMust be a currently certified and NH licensed EMT, AEMT, or paramedic. \nCompensation Pay Range:\n$14 /hour\nThe University of New Hampshire is an R1 Carnegie classification research institution providing comprehensive, high-quality undergraduate and graduate programs of distinction.
