Manage and Analyze maintenance data from CMMS System. Assist, Train, Troubleshoot, and Perform tasks to ensure equipment is performing efficiently and effectively.\nSpecific Responsibilities:\nSpecific primary responsibilities are defined by the following, but those listed are not all-inclusive\nEstablish and monitor predictive maintenance programs\nSupervise Maintenance Technicians, Machinist, Electricians\nReview / Assist in analysis of deficiencies during corrective maintenance\nProvide technical guidance and corrective action as needed for equipment maintenance\nPlan and prepare maintenance schedules for preventive and corrective maintenance actions\nAnalyze maintenance requirements, adjust PMs for volume levels, and understand timing and manpower requirements needed\nAnalyze equipment failure to prevent future problems.\nPerforms mathematical analysis to monitor individual and equipment performance trends to optimize maintenance strategies.\nPlans and schedules maintenance, materials, and outside contractors for each department and operation according to previously established or recently agreed upon maintenance times.\nOversees/Audit execution of PM, Corrective, and Emergency Maintenance.\nMeet with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects and coordinate with operations.\nPrepares maintenance reports.\nRequired to lead and participate in continuous improvement to improve uptime\nMakes cost-effective benefit review of maintenance programs and upgrades\nManage MRO Inventory through CMMS\nOther tasks or duties as assigned.\nOther Responsibilities:\n·Communicate with all levels of employees\n·Ability to multi-task\nSafety:\nEnsures compliance of plant-wide programs including, but not limited to:\noMobile equipment\noCrane safety\noArc flash (70E)\noFire protection and safety\nEnsures personal compliance with safety policies and rules, including PPE requirements \nEnsures personal compliance with applicable regulatory standards (safety, environmental, health), reporting any issues not immediately resolvable to appropriate manager\nParticipates in incident and/or accident investigations as requested\nEducation and Experience:\nMinimum High School diploma required\nAS or BS in Engineering preferred but not required\nFive -years+ experience in an industrial environment\nExperience in maintenance planning in a steel industry preferredbut not required\nStrong computer skills\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\nLeadership skills\nAbility to manage and lead change\nPLC Code Troubleshooting and Creation\nWork Schedule \nRegular hours: 60 hours per week completed in 10-hour shifts per day.
