You'll report to the Director of HR on the Finance & Operations team and partner closely with our Clinical Delivery, Commercial, Engineering, Product and R&D teams to understand what each role needs and what great looks like.\nThis role is execution-focused and metrics-driven, with a strong emphasis on quality and values alignment. Many of our roles are niche, so a rigorous hiring process is key to finding the right match. You won't be starting from scratch: we have a solid talent acquisition foundation in place and a compelling organization brand. We're always looking to improve it, though, and we'd welcome your ideas for shaping the role and the function to grow.\nThis is a remote role. If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, you are welcome to come to our office on a hybrid schedule.
